01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jljili ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the jljili platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

jljili reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the jljili platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and jljili.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on jljili, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jljili strictly prohibits access to minors and complies with all Philippine age verification requirements for online gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have an active exclusion request with jljili.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one jljili account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any additional details requested during Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• All activity that occurs on your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying jljili immediately at support@jljili.best if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring your contact details remain accurate and up to date.

jljili will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive a message asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jljili are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment accounts registered in your own name. jljili does not accept third-party payments — deposits sent from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and may trigger a security review.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount varies by payment method, starting from ₱100 for GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph.
• Deposits via e-wallets are credited instantly under normal conditions. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to 30 minutes to 1 business day.
• jljili does not charge deposit fees for standard e-wallet transactions. Any fees from your bank or e-wallet provider are separate and charged by that provider.

Withdrawals:

• A valid, verified jljili account is required before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC verification must be completed for your first withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method. GCash and Maya withdrawals start at ₱200.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Your own deposited funds may be withdrawn freely, subject to standard processing conditions.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

jljili offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are clearly stated at the point of offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the terms attached to that specific offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions on jljili:

• Wagering Requirements: Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only have one active deposit bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.

06 Game Rules and Wagering

All games available on jljili — including Color Game, Tongits, Sabong, Boxing Betting, and all live casino titles — operate under specific game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, or by real-time events for live dealer and sports betting titles. jljili does not manipulate outcomes.
• A wager is considered final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement.
• In the event of a game error, system malfunction, or incomplete round caused by a technical issue, jljili reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by account type and VIP tier.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jljili. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf, or operating another person's account for them.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

jljili reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete required verification within the requested timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Extended periods of inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months).

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited, depending on the nature and severity of the violation. jljili will provide written explanation for account closures where legally required to do so.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting jljili support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all pending wagering requirements have been met.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jljili platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, software, and the overall design and structure of the platform — is the exclusive property of jljili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jljili platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 13 Changes to These Terms

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jljili platform shall first be submitted to jljili's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the applicable rules for commercial arbitration in the Philippines. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
